We recently caught up with High Sports Business Manager Rachel Perry, who told us how Papertrail has made a difference to their organisation. ![High Sports - a person using a climbing wall](https://blog.papertrail.io/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/5fd110263ed35f3581e1b9a9_High-Sports-Group-3.png) *High Sports use Papertrail across all 20 centres around the UK* Here’s what Rachel had to say: *“Papertrail has completely changed the way we do things. Having 20+ walls spread across the country, it was extremely difficult to keep track of whether our employees were completing the checks on time using the basic spreadsheet system we had previously. Now with a few clicks we can see everything all in one place from anywhere. We have also noticed a reduction in the amount of time it takes to record these checks.* *However, Papertrail is not all about the maintenance checking; we also use Papertrail as a HR function which enables our Managers to keep track of the status of each of their instructors and when their CPD and First aid courses are due.* *We’d highly recommend Papertrail to any other climbing wall operators. It has changed the way we manage our business in ways we could never have imagined. Not only that, but the Papertrail team are always there when you need them and are constantly striving to improve.”* **To find out more about our work in the climbing wall industry or to request a demonstration, click** [**here**](https://www.papertrail.io/tags/climbing)**.** ‍ #### Improve your inspection management system today ![blog image-1](https://blog.papertrail.io/hubfs/blog%20image-1.png) ### Free!
